What would you do as our Financial Analyst (Plant Controlling)
We are looking for an experienced Financial Analyst to manage all aspects of financial management within a manufacturing business area. This includes financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, as well as the assurance that internal control policies and procedures are followed. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of manufacturing processes, communicates risks to management in a timely manner, and propose mitigation plan to observed headwinds.
You would also:
- Timely prepare of financial reporting and analysis according to group requirements
- Be a vocal and part of monthly financial closing and daily/weekly reporting
- Manage budgeting and forecasting processes, variance analysis and preparation of gap mitigation plans
- Provide support to the year-end financial audit in close cooperation with the rest of Finance team and Accounting SSC
- Close collaborate with Manufacturing departments strengthening analysis of financial performance and its improvement
- Develop and document business processes and policies to maintain and strengthen internal control as well as improving reporting process
The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone who has:
- Has higher education degree in finance, management, or accounting.
- Has minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles in manufacturing international organization, preferably in English speaking matrix environment.
- Has practical knowledge of accounting and tax regulations, both local and IFRS.
- Has practical experience in working with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics AX is a plus), excellent proficiency in Excel and other MS Office applications (PowerBI is a plus).
- Has strong interpersonal skills, communicativeness and will for development and is able to work under time pressure and tight deadlines.
