The Regional Sales Executive – Latin America is responsible for executing and optimizing the existing sales opportunities across the LATAM region, driving revenue growth, and expanding market share in all commercial markets. This role requires a strategic sales approach with deep expertise in RFID solutions and products, capable of executing a robust go-to-market strategy while managing key relationships with customers and partners.
The ideal candidate for the role of Regional Sales Executive – Latin America will be a highly motivated, strategic, and results-driven professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and has proven experience in conducting successful sales actions. This individual will have a deep understanding of the LATAM market, possess a client-approach skills, and bring expertise in RFID solutions.

As our Regional Sales Executive, Latin America, you’ll support HID’s success by:
- Developing and executing the regional sales strategy for commercial sectors in LATAM, aligning with company goals and local market dynamics.
- Adapting global sales plans to suit regional needs, ensuring an effective Go-To-Market (GTM) approach for RFID products and solutions
- In-depth understanding of LATAM markets, including economic trends, regulatory environments, and local business practices.
- Navigating the complexity of cross-border sales and develop tailored sales strategies to meet the unique needs of each LATAM country.
- Collaborating with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to tailor offerings and value propositions to the local market.
- Fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented culture, providing coaching and support to team members to maximize performance.
- Optimizing the sales funnel and ensuring efficient lead generation, qualification, and conversion processes.
Your Experience and Background include:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
- 15+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably within RFID products and solutions, or technology solutions sectors.
- Extensive experience in commercial sector sales, particularly in regions with complex tax rules and large-scale enterprise deals.
- Strong background in sales operations, with proficiency in using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), sales performance metrics, and data-driven decision-making.
- Established network and relationships within the LATAM market, particularly with decision-makers in government agencies, large enterprises, and key commercial verticals such as financial services, healthcare, and retail.
- Fluent in Portuguese and Spanish (both written and spoken) to effectively communicate with customers, partners, and internal teams across countries in LATAM.
- Fluent in Spanish and English (both written and spoken) for effective communication with global headquarters, leadership directors, regional and international stakeholders and clients.
