What you would do as our Support Administrator
As the Administrator - Technical Support for the Global solutions division of ASSA ABLOY, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for day-to-day administrative tasks to support the Technical Support team. You will be self-motivated and trustworthy with strong organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure. You will also have a proactive approach to customer satisfaction along with a keen eye for attention to detail. You will have excellent communication skills with colleagues and customers at all levels across the business, along with tenacity and perseverance. You will not be afraid of any challenges and will have a desire to succeed in getting the required solution but at the same time have the confidence to discuss any issues with customers.
You would also:
- Respond incoming phone calls and emails for the Tech Support.
- Manage the quotation process for customers from creation to confirming.
- Purchase Orders.
- Do general administration within the Technical Support team.
- Work collaboratively with other departments as a link into Tech Support.
The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone who:
- Is self-motivated and able to work with initiative and has good oral and written communication skills.
- Has good organisational skills and is able to prioritise work as needed and is able to work under pressure.
Has good customer service skills and has positive ‘can do’ attitude - Has excellent verbal and written communication skills, experience with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel and is willing to learn.
- Has great telephone manner, is team player and has experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tool.
- Has experience in Customer service focused environment and has good sense of humour.
