Graduate - Strategy and Corporate Development Analyst

Do you want to grow with us?

ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems’ Graduate program is your chance to get to spend time in not only your home country’s part of the business, but also in two other countries in Europe while learning about our business and the organization within the Business Segment Pedestrian!

The ASSA ABLOY Graduate Program will start in September 2025, and will run for a total of 24 months on a permanent contract. We promise that you will get to know our company as well as to learn from specialists in the industry. You will be part of the day-to-day business and be working in dedicated and engaged teams. The first 6 months you will spend in Switzerland (Fehraltorf), then relocate for your first international placement in Sweden for about 6 months, then spend another rotation in Switzerland followed by a final international placement in Austria. This set up will give you a solid understanding of what it is like to work in an international environment, as well as invaluable experience from working in different countries and cultures, with all that brings.

What You’ll Do

  • Work closely with Strategy and Corporate Development, Product and Local Business Units to support high-impact projects across the Business Segment Pedestrian with a focus on growth and strategic initiatives

  • Conduct market, competitor, and internal data analyses to generate insights that shape our strategic direction

  • Develop models, presentations, and tools to support decision-making and drive the implementation of key initiatives

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with pricing, finance, product, and commercial teams to translate data-driven insights into actionable strategies

What You’ll Bring

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (or will have in time for Program start), first relevant experience is a plus
  • A residency in Switzerland, near Fehraltorf ZH and the curiosity to work in different countries and teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in interpreting data to guide strategic decisions
  • Excellent communication abilities in English and drive to navigate independently across stakeholders in an international organization
  • A self-starter mindset with an intellectual curiosity and passion for continuous learning, innovation, and working across diverse teams

During the Program you will be in continuous contact with your dedicated mentor, and you will also be assigned a local host, who will help you to settle in, wherever you go. We believe that people make it all happen and want to see you get a good start with us! Together with your mentor and the rest of the Program team you will discover your strengths and development areas, and together figure out what would be the best step for you after graduating from the Program and where in the organization you would be able to continue grow both yourself and ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems. The Graduate Program is only the beginning!
