As Installation/Service Engineer in our entity, you will be responsible for handling Installation/Service operations as shown in the separate job description.   14. Scheduling and handling repair requests
  14. Responding customer query via phone and email about the problem in our products
  14. Ensuring customer satisfaction, quality and financial results are met
