Junior IT Specialist
Role Summary
This person must be resourceful, technical, cool under fire, and love to work in a fast-paced environment. This role must have a sense of autonomy, and job ownership, and be willing to work in a role where at times the job scope is not clearly defined.
Key responsibilities
- First line IT support for end users primarily in Korea as well as other APAC countries based on AAES service desk portal.
- Operation or coordination of all local business-critical systems including ERP with vendor and key users.
- Configure and maintain database servers and processes, including monitoring of system health and performance, to ensure high levels of performance, availability, and security.
- Independently analyze, solve, and correct issues in real time, providing problem resolution end-to-end.
- Managing corporate IT Assets (IT asset control, diagnosis, and repair, coordinating warranty repairs, organizing hardware shipment with the local or global vendors)
- Taking ownership of project-based tasks and work closely with local business for collaborating IT projects
- Ensure business data to be compliant with data security and protection guidelines
- Ensure network, servers, workstations, and related systems, hardware and software application are functioning properly and securely.
- Refine and automate regular processes, track issues, and document changes
- Take initiatives and implement optimizations of business process
- Remotely and onsite support for 3 legal entities in Korea and Vietnam.

- With being self-driven take necessary actions on upcoming request / tasks
- Inform closest manager on progress and actions taken to secure the environment
- Closing cooperation with local business to fulfill business requirement securely
Key competences
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Active Directory/Azure/Intune
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Windows 10/11
- Good knowledge in Windows Server 2016/2019/2022
- Experience with Microsoft 365(Teams/Outlook/Word/Excel,etc)
- Networking skills / experience based on Cisco networks/WIFI
- Knowledge about ITIL framework with focus on service requests, incidents and problem management
- Knowledge & Experience in Applicaiton System (Ecount ERP is preference)
- Knowledge in Project management

Requirements
- University degree or similar (major in computer related is preference)
- At least 2 years relevant experience in a similar position in an industrial sector. Experience of working in a multicultural team and in an international environment is desired.
- Relevant 1 year experience operation or implement in ERP, OA or other business system.
- Being able to speak Korean and good written and spoken English a must, Chinese is a big plus
- Eligibility to work in Korea and be able to travel
