ASSA ABLOY Fire Rated Roller Shutter
Our fire rated shutters are available with a 1, 2 or 4-hour fire rating and are suitable for any premises where fire protection is required. Warehouses, factories, kitchens and offices can all benefit from fire roller shutters and ASSA ABLOY can manufacture them to suit three phase (415V) and single phase (240V) power supplies.

Why Fire Rated?
Fire shutters play a crucial role in preventing the spread of flame and protecting people and businesses until the emergency services can respond. All of our fire shutters are tested and certified in accordance with the latest fire standards BS EN 1634 -1:2014 + A1:2018 & BS EN 16034:2014.
Tube Motor Fire Shutter
The requirement for a 240V single phase fire shutter is becoming more common, particularly in commercial properties. Our tube motor fire shutters are compact and aesthetically less intrusive than traditional geared fire shutters.
Geared Drive Fire Shutter
Our geared drive fire shutters are ideal for larger applications such as warehouse openings, shopping mall entrances, etc. We are able to manufacture and certify fire shutters up to 7000 mm in width and up to 7000 mm in height.
Sentry Control Panel (Tube Motor Fire Shutter)
An optional upgrade is our unique Sentry Control Panel which constantly monitors the strength of the fire alarm signal and warns if the signal is weak. The unit comes complete with a battery backup facility which charges on a trickle feed from the mains supply to ensure sufficient charge for use in the event of power failure. The Sentry control panel also monitors the charge level of the battery and warns if it is low. Should the battery level be critically low then the panel will signal the fire shutter to close.
