High-quality steel for dock levellers

Designed for the toughest environments and to effortlessly handle the constant movement of people, goods and vehicles, the DL6220T and DL6220TA ranges feature fewer components and significantly improved quality to deliver exceptional performance. The dock levellers have been engineered with the highest grade S355 steel throughout, making them stronger and more resilient but also lighter and easier to install.

These changes allow the equipment to withstand intense wear and tear while fewer parts mean less maintenance is required. 

Engineered for Efficiency

To maximise the smooth running and efficiency of your operation, the dock levellers have a number of new features. Hydraulic housing has been repositioned to significantly improve durability and accessibility for service inspection, and the dual lip guide rollers deliver smooth, precise movement during extension and retraction.

In addition, safety has been improved: the lift cylinder is positioned directly on the shaft to meet the highest safety requirements and self-positioning safety props enhance operational and maintenance safety. 

Smart Robustness

With this new range, ASSA ABLOY also introduces ‘smart robustness’, combining connectivity (the dock levellers are IoT-enabled) and intelligent engineering with hardwearing durability. As a result, the dock levellers integrate seamlessly into your loading bay operations, protecting your workers and improving efficiency. 

Our digital platform, ASSA ABLOY Insight, allows you to boost dock leveller uptime and reliability. The integrated connectivity lets you monitor, control and access data and analytics to gain a clear and precise overview of your operations, helping you preempt maintenance needs and make better sustainable decisions.

In combination with our IoT-enabled docking doors, you can enjoy the convenience of remotely monitoring the status of any and all your docking stations anytime, anywhere. 

A versatile option

Available in both teledock and swingdock versions – and for both interior loading bay or exterior loadhouse installation – this new range has the versatility to suit your specific loading bay needs.
