Inside Sales Representative (m/f/d)

ASSA ABLOY is the world's leading provider of access solutions. For our subsidiary DoorBird we are looking for a full-time Inside Sales Representative (m/f/d) at the San Francisco, CA location to start as soon as possible.

DoorBird develops, manufactures and markets high-quality IP video door entry systems worldwide.

About you:

• BS/BA Degree or equivalent work experience

• Minimum 1 year of sales or customer service experience preferably in the tech industry

• Positive outlook, attitude and strong internal drive

• A “people-person” who shows genuine interest in helping others solve their problems

• Proven ability to juggle multiple projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail

• Excels when working with a team

• Clear and professional written and phone communication

• Highly productive and proactive

• Enthusiasm for technology

• Located near San Francisco, California

About the Opportunity:

• Answer incoming customer calls

• Reach out warm & cold customer leads

• Responsible for product knowledge to satisfy technical inquiries

• Use excellent oral communication and best practices in customer service when interacting with customers

• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments

• Follow up on customer requests for purchase advice and product information

• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory

• Contribute to increasing the overall revenue throughout the Americas, Australia and New Zealand
