Massimo Grassi has been appointed Executive Vice President and Head of the Entrance Systems Division from October 1, 2021. He succeeds Christopher Norbye, who left for a position outside the ASSA ABLOY Group.
Massimo is a Doctor in Mechanical Engineering and Fluid Dynamics, and has held senior leadership roles managing global organizations for the last two decades. His most recent leadership role was Divisional Managing Director of IMI Precision Engineering in the UK. Before that, he was President of Stanley Security Europe at Stanley Black & Decker, and Global President of Industrial Automotive Repair.
Massimo is Italian and is based in the ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems headquarters in Switzerland.
