Strategic Buyer and Procurement Excellence Manager for East Europe
Overview: Assa Abloy Central Europe is seeking a dedicated and experienced Strategic Buyer and Procurement Excellence Manager for the East Europe region. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing procurement strategies that promote the growth and efficiency of the company.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Active participation in the international sourcing boards of our EMEIA division.
- Active design of the purchasing strategy and implementation of individual measures.
- Professional contract management as well as monitoring the further development and optimization of the supplier base.
- Independent implementation of re-sourcing and cost-cutting measures.
- Identification and implementation of VA/VE projects.
- Coordination of reporting and KPI tracking of our companies in East Europe.
- Participation in workshops and coordination meetings of the CE procurement organization as a member of the Central Europe purchasing organization.
Qualifications:
- You have solid professional experience in purchasing or a comparable function.
- Strong cost awareness.
- Excellent communication skills and a high degree of assertiveness and implementation strength.
- Structured and goal-oriented way of working.
- You have a good command of written and spoken English.
