Durable construction and flexible operation

Made from S355 high-grade steel, the DL6220TR Teledock Replacement Leveller offers exceptional durability and long service life, even in the most demanding environments. With a load capacity of 60 kN (6 tonnes), it is ideal for high-frequency loading and unloading. The vertical working range of up to 530 mm rise and 470 mm fall provides flexibility for various loading scenarios. Its telescopic lip, available in 500 mm and 1000 mm lengths, allows for a larger contact area between the vehicle bed and the dock, while the ergonomic lip of 345 mm ensures a smooth, bump-free transition, ideal for operations involving electric pallet vehicles.

Efficiency, safety, and easy maintenance

The DL6220TR is designed for ease of operation and minimal maintenance. Featuring the ASSA ABLOY 950 series control system, it ensures simple operation with user-friendly controls for the leveller, dock shelter, and door. Preventive maintenance is easy to carry out, reducing downtime and improving operational efficiency. Additionally, the Teledock Replacement integrates with ASSA ABLOY Insight, an IoT-enabled platform that enables real-time performance monitoring, alerts for potential issues, and operational optimisation, improving the efficiency of loading operations.
