ASSA ABLOY acquires Modern Entrance Systems, Inc. in the US

We are pleased to announce that on August 9, 2024, ASSA ABLOY acquired Modern Entrance Systems, Inc., a leading distributor and service provider of pedestrian automatic doors. Modern Entrance Systems is headquartered in Beavercreek, Ohio with operations covering Southwest Ohio, including the greater Dayton and Cincinnati area.

Modern Entrance Systems was founded in 1981 and has 20 employees. They have a long and valued history as a distributor with ASSA ABLOY dating back to the early Besam days. The product range consists of sales, installation, and service of swing, sliding and revolving doors.
