ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems acquires Doorway Services & Solutions
On November 16, 2020, ASSA ABLOY acquired Doorway Services & Solutions, a pedestrian door distributor, headquartered in Knoxville, Tennessee. The acquisition is a continuation of our strategy to further strengthen the direct channel in North America.
Doorway Services & Solutions was founded in 2015 with a long history in the automatic door business dating back to 1979. The company product range includes automatic sliding, swing and revolving doors as well as automatic door service.
